Mediconsult GmbH was founded in Cologne in 1973 and has been very successful in the real estate market in Germany. In 1984, the company, now trading as Mediconsult AG for investment planning, investment consulting and brokerage, changed its legal form and registered office and has since been based in the NRW state capital of Düsseldorf.

Over the decades, the aim has always been to develop and construct residential and commercial properties for the company's own portfolio or for national and international clients.
